Details: We have an amazing position available as the Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS) helpdesk administrator for CMTEDD.
This position operates as part of a small team of friendly, dedicated information professionals who are looking for someone interested in acquiring new skills and contributing to a team that cares about records and information.We are seeking someone with sound customer service and attention to detail.
Applicants don't need to be experts in records and information or an EDRMS to be considered for this position, however an understanding would be highly advantageous.Applicants must possess well-developed judgement, administration skills and abilities to liaise with stakeholders to achieve appropriate outcomes.
On the job training will be provided.
While this position is non-ongoing, the skills the successful applicant will acquire can be transferred to many other roles considering all ACT Government departments must use a EDRMS.CMTEDD offers a supportive, collaborative environment that will enable the successful applicant to work flexibly from home or in our modern activity-based facilities.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.Please note, this position works in a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
