We're looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Manager to lead and deliver on the recruitment activity for one of PwC's service lines within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you've gained in leading early careers recruitment campaigns and/or your experience engaging and recruiting candidates from universities.
With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow.

As an expert in early careers recruitment, you'll solve problems by operating continuous performance in achieving efficiency and hiring targets .
In our Early Careers team, you'll also: Partner with the business leaders in your portfolio to understand their needs in terms of future talent & workforce planning, in line with their business' people and growth strategy Ensure a well planned and robust framework is in place, for cyclical and ad hoc early careers recruitment campaigns regarding recruitment and selection Work closely with the wider early careers and business talent teams to ensure a high quality recruitment and keep-warm engagement experience for candidates as well as for the business representatives involved in the recruitment process Work with People & Culture Directors and D&I teams, to identify roles and opportunities for alternative career intakes within our core offerings Work with Operations & Programs Manager to plan intake dates and ensure resources and technology are allocated appropriately You will be a part of project teams to review and continuously improve our processes, programs and offerings.
The top skills you'll need to hit the ground running are: You will be comfortable working in a matrixed business led environment with extensive stakeholders and complex skill sets By showcasing your project management, relationship building and influencing skills, you will be an asset to our team and the wider PwC business.
