Your Role
This role will see you working alongside the Managing Director / Owner and give you a vast amount of exposure to various functions of Commercial Real Estate & Development Process. This is a fast-paced role supporting a dynamic Director with over a decade of experience. As a "go-to" person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills. Your day to day will include but is not limited to:
Diary, e-mail, and appointment management for the Director
Preparing correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
Communication with solicitors during the sales process
Liaising with the marketing team
Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material, and agent branding
Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions
Drafting and managing internal and external communication
Manage the exchanges and settlements process
Project management

Your Advantage
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 2 years experience in an EA role assisting on Director/ GM level
Project management experience and/or a current agents rep is highly desirable
Communication is KEY. Clear, concise, and accurate communication skills are paramount.
Clean Police Check
Clean Driver's license and vehicle
Be energetic, resilient and hard-working
