We're seeking a dedicated EA to manage daily operations and ensure seamless sales administrative support for a well-known agency in Shailer Park.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at multitasking, we want to hear from you!
The Role: Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.
Assist with contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and organising legal documents.
Sales administration assistance from appraisal to settlement  Provide personal assistance to executives, including personal errands and tasks as needed.
Occasionally assist with auctions on Saturdays (approximately 1 weekend every 4-5 months).
Requirements: Previous experience in Real Estate in an administration capacity  Proficiency in sales administration tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our operations.
Knowledge of contracts and form 6's, demonstrating the ability to handle legal documentation efficiently.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met without fail.
Availability to assist with auctions on occasional Saturdays  Benefits: $100k Package Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
