Project Overview: Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.
Job Summary: As Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent, you will lead a team and supervise supervisors and/or craft professionals on a project.
You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development.
Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets.
Major Responsibilities: Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision up to 50 craft)Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.Determines workforce requirements.Coordinates established area operational plans.Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.Other responsibilities as designated.Education and Experience Requirements: Level 1: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Level 2: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills: Experience in large scale LNG or similar Construction projects.Experience with Instrumentation installation & completion including Loop checks.Experience working with, supervising and administering subcontractors and/or Direct Hire Craft Professional workforce.Good knowledge of relevant Australian standards.Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.
