The Field and Retail team are a national team whose objective is to drive sales and build brand advocacy within our key retailers.
About the Role The Sales Coordinator provides sales coordination, project management, analytical and administrative support to the National Field & Retail Sales Managers and the wider Retail Sales team including the Field Team and Team Dyson.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Repsly (CRM) business partner including maintaining and updating Repsly CRM with relevant team and store data. Building questions into Repsly forms for standard Team Dyson forms. Building and maintaining Field Territory & Team Dyson coverage files & ensuring all reporting & tools are synchronized. Internal liaison, collaboration and coordination with various departments to assist with the execution of required field promotions/activities (i.e., Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events, Capability, and National Accounts). Collating and maintaining field fund return on investment (ROI) process portal. MS Teams creation, folder management, and maintenance to ensure effective & efficient resource/information accessibility. Budget forecasting for conference, meeting, and event costs (overhead costs). "Top Doors" field support. Coordinating onsite and offsite Sales Meetings, Regional Development Manager conferences, Team Dyson conferences, and Training events. Supporting Field Retail Sales Managers with onboarding process for new team members in their teams. Providing analysis of performance data to the Field team. Roster/contract management. Supporting recruitment & induction for Team Dyson where required. Leading & managing 3rd party agencies for ongoing or short-term projects/coverage. Activities relating to Team Dyson (including but not limited to data, uniform distribution, reporting, communications, training, logistics + data analytics, etc.). About You To be successful in this role, you will have strong time management skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure, work to tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities. You can manage your own workload, work autonomously, and as part of a team.
Minimum requirements include:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Understanding of the retail/sales environment. High level of communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic analytical skills. Excellent business presentation skills and high attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Suite skills. At Dyson, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
