Job Description A Career that lets your passion shine Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of guest movements and lobby activities.
Act as a point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
Supervise and support Front Office, Guest Service and Concierge in their daily duties, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Assist with room allocations, reservations, and amenities, to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Assist in training and development initiatives for front office, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to implement policies, procedures, and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Qualifications What you will bring to the role: 2+ years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
The ability to remain calm under pressure with high emotional intelligence Proficiency in property management systems and Front Office software, Opera Cloud advantageous.
Hold a valid QLD RSA (or the ability to obtain) First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain) Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
