We are looking for an energetic, innovative, great communicator who is able to work under pressure while ensuring our client needs are catered to in a friendly and professional manner. The successful applicant must be able to guide employees to work well as a functioning team. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a team player and an effective leader, able to set examples and foster a climate of cooperation. The applicant must also love country life. Responsibilities
Supervise work at all levels.
Plan promotions and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
Develop and implement an intuitive and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's restaurant services.
Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facility, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information, etc.).
Record and report maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations, etc.
Provide excellent customer service.
Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
Understand all food handling and safety practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
Demonstrate aptitude in decision making and problem-solving.
Exhibit outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail.
Requirements
Must have current RSA, Food Handlers course & Approved Managers Red Card.
Must also be willing to obtain TAB Certification.
