About the Role: Based in a modern facility near Creswick, you'll be essential to maintaining the efficiency and functionality of a diverse range of equipment.
Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll ensure machinery is running at its best, support process improvements, and be a key part of the facility's success.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure all tasks are completed with a safety-first approach.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Manage breakdowns with urgency, liaising with Supervisors to prioritise tasks.
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
Exhibit pride in your work, always looking for ways to enhance quality and streamline processes.
Interpret technical drawings and manuals to effectively service and maintain machinery.
Work independently and as part of a team to support seamless operations.
What We're Looking For: A-Grade Electrical Licence (REL Licence also considered).
Solid experience in fault finding and maintenance within industrial or manufacturing settings.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
High level of initiative and adaptability to respond to changing work needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
REL Licence, Cert III Mechanical Trade, or similar industry experience is highly regarded.
