Roadline Civil Contractors is seeking an experienced Drainage Site Supervisor to join our team in Broome, WA. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of construction crews, including equipment operators, labourers, and subcontractors Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement efficient work schedules and resource allocation Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, timesheets, and material requisitions Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in the construction industry Must have Cert IV in Civil Construction Supervision, Frontline Management, or Work Health and Safety (WHS) Strong knowledge of drainage construction methods, materials, and equipment for water and sewerage pipelines Ability to interpret engineering drawings, Dial Before You Dig reports, long sections, and technical specifications Experience locating and working around underground services Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate teams What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment About us Roadline Civil Contractors is a leading provider of civil construction services in regional Western Australia.
