The RoleAs part of the Drafting and Engineering team, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager and Directors in managing a team of Drafters in producing detailed shop drawings. You will use your extensive experience in REVIT MEP and your strong ability to work with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the job.
Drawings will be based on high-level engineering designs, engineered in-house (D+C), and will be optimized through ongoing coordination meetings with the builder and other building services contractors to address clash detection issues and to ensure project flow.
This role is truly a seat at the top table, alongside the Construction Manager, Service Manager, Engineering Manager, Estimating Manager, and the Directors.
RequirementsIt is imperative that all applicants have sound working knowledge of REVIT MEP, have been using it on projects in an Australian setting, and have managed a team at a minimum of Team Leader level for at least 3 years, preferably more.
