Drafter | Developer Builder

Architectural Drafting (Design & Architecture) Our client is a Builder Developer with ambitious plans over the next 2-3 years to grow dramatically. They have a strategic plan in place to be a Top Tier 3 builder over the coming years.Right now they have 10 projects in the development stage and are looking for a team to deliver. With a focus on quality, they are looking for people who aspire to be part of a collaborative team and understand the importance of teamwork as they get their business off the ground.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting or architecture, with proven experience on Commercial projects within VIC.
Collaborate with lead ArchitectEnsure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards in VICUtilise REVIT softwareAssist in the preparation of documentation for building permits and approvals.Coordinate with construction teams to ensure the smooth implementation of designs.YOU MUST HAVE:Proven experience as a Drafter in the construction industry, with a focus on Commercial projectsExtensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in VICProficiency in REVIT and other relevant drafting tools.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating architectural drawings.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.A diploma or degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field is preferred.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with Design & Build and our clients, please contact Billy Marotta on or click apply.
