Now, more than ever, this is the space to truly make an impact in a challenging role. ** ** **About you** _We are looking for someone with:_ _ _ - _3 to 6 years' solid and_ demonstrable experience in driving banking implementation with focus on technology solutions - 3 to 6 years' experience in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment - Strong Experience in complex projects in one or more of the following capacities: solution designer, solution architect, technical business analyst - Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: core technology modernisation, customer onboarding, lending transformation, payment and cards management (NPP, BPAY, DD, APN). - A strong analytical mindset supported by a quick learning ability to deliver quality outcomes with pride. - Demonstrable experience in influencing key stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes - Business storytelling, workshop design and facilitation and strong presentation skills - Superior communication and collaboration skills with experience communicating across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A natural flair for teamwork, proactivity with willingness to get your hands dirty and get things done and values success of the team. - An understanding of banking technologies including cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or domain-based integration - one or more certifications in Cloud solution Architect or/and BIAN is high desirable
