Door To Door Team Manager - Solar

Energy Plus Australia is a fast growing solar retailer based on the Gold Coast.
We are seeking an experienced door to door lead generation manager to join our team.
The role includes:
Recruitment of new applicants to build a team.
Training of D2D lead generators to provide quality solar appointments to our sales staff.
Oversee daily activity and results.
Motivate and provide leadership to the team.
Organise territories and liaise with the sales manager.
Monthly regional sales trips for maximum earning potential.
Measure and maintain weekly KPI's.
