Document Scribe

High-growth Financial Institution requires a Document Scribe to join their team on a 3-month contract.
Three month contract, starting mid-November Based in the CBD $40-45 per hour + super (dependant on experience) This role requires someone who has experience with copying large amounts of documentation with both accuracy and speed.
We will only be considering applicants with prior experience in this specific role - including those who have performed this in a Legal role (assistant, secretary, board secretaries).
Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in producing high-quality records.
Key Responsibilities: Scribing documents Organise and categorise documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Assist in the creation of archives and documentation procedures.
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a scribe, transcriber, or in a similar role.
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in word processing software is absolutely essential for this role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
Strong written communication skills.
