We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our Bidding team in Sydney.
As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and control of all documentation, ensuring that all documents are properly registered, quality checked, and distributed in accordance with Clough's policies and procedures.
Please note that regular travel within Australia will be required to work with the national team.

Your focus will include:
Delivery of technically acceptable document control services for approved work to ensure the development of high levels of client satisfaction and Clough's business needs.Work with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance, technical integrity of document control system and documentation.Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of DC systems across the division.Manage customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory outcomes.Liaise regularly with manager to report progress, areas of concern / issues and potential changes.
