Job DescriptionThe Marina Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring guest happiness at the marina location by navigating vessels, assisting guests with boat operations, accurately maintaining the dock area(s), and providing general customer service.
Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job ResponsibilitiesRunning Day to Day Warehouse floor operationsInventory control/management utilizing customer warehouse management systemsRun and build scrap processes to maintain lean outlookImplement and maintain inventory and material management strategies by regular review of inventory parameterScheduling and communicating customer trucking needs dailyHelp Process daily paperwork, updating Warehouse Management systemRunning daily activity reports and putting together shipmentsConduct root cause analysis for shipping/storage issues and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrenceParticipate in regular business and performance reviews with customerPlay a meaningful role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellenceEnsuring plant operations are in line with customer needsReport all needed facility maintenanceKeep updated and well-maintained facility recordsManage Preventive/Corrective maintenance programCoordinate contractors onsite (pre-task setup and roll outs)Report to GM Leadership Team dailyManage and maintain safety recordsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.

QualificationsComputer Skills: Must have advanced Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)High level of organization skills and customer serviceStrong knowledge of Logistics systemsRequired Education: Bachelor's Degree or HigherThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
