We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Divisional Operations Director to lead our Access and Investigative Services division. This pivotal role involves overseeing the strategic and operational management of our services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Access and Investigative Services division, including radiology and other pharmacy services.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Collaborate with other divisions and stakeholders to optimize patient care and resource utilization.Manage budgets, resources, and staff to achieve operational excellence.Qualifications: Proven experience in a management role within the healthcare sector.Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation.Why Join Us?
