This role will be working across both our Global Sports company and our new Print-on-Demand platform.
As the Marketing Manager for our sports technology startup, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Your focus will be on e DMs & Social, paid digital media, and optimizing our CRM for data-driven marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and plan for both Disrupt Sports & M.i.
A merchandise.
Manage and optimize our e DMs & social media presence to engage with customers and drive awareness and sales.
Execute paid digital media campaigns across various channels including industry search engines and Google Ads.
Optimize our CRM for data-driven marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and personalized messaging.
Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform ongoing optimization and drive ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage and coach a small marketing team as our startup continues to grow.

Problem-solving and rapid reasoning skills.
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
Demonstrated experience managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
