About the role:We are currently looking for an experienced dispensary technician at Epic Pharmacy in New Town to assist in dispensing medication and to manage our inventory. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team that provides services to a number of aged care and group home facilities, day surgeries along with the overall community.
Key responsibilities:Oversee supply and management of medications to aged care facilityDispensary and Front of shop inventory managementAssist in the sale of S2 and S3 medicines while displaying an appropriate level of knowledgeAssist in dispensing of medicationReplenish stock and maintaining inventory levelsSupply the correct medicationAnswer customers with general queriesAssist the pharmacy teams with other ad-hoc pharmaceutical dutiesWho are we looking for?You'll:
Previous dispensing experience in an Australian based pharmacy is essentialHave a good working knowledge of medications and dispensing processesBe driven by the desire to have a positive impact on another person's lifeHave strong organisational, communication and teamwork skillsHave a "can-do" attitudeHave strong customer service skills and an understanding of Point-of-Sale Systems (POS)Who are we?Epic Pharmacy is one of Australia's leading pharmacy providers.
