Personal Care Community Access Medication Management Domestic Assistance Manual Handling Asthma | Epilepsy Management Bowel | Catheter Care Mealtime Management | PEG Feeding Restrictive Practices | Behaviours of Concerns. Experienced: you have Disability and/or aged care support and/or AIN experience Passionate: you genuinely want to improve the lives of people with additional needs Professional: you adapt to all situations and maintain clear, strong boundaries Reliable: you consistently provide quality work, you are punctual and are someone we can trust Confident: you are confident in your skills to use expert communication, both verbally and written Willing: you have a growth mind-set with an eagerness to learn and improve Flexible: you can provide flexible availability for varied shifts to suit individual needs (evenings, weekends and overnights may be required).
