About the Role This is a casual Disability Support Worker position based in Maryborough.
Shifts are available throughout the day and night, including active awake hours.
In this role, you will support our customers in their Supported Independent Living (SIL).
You'll assist individuals with various disabilities, prioritise tasks effectively, and help create a supportive environment that encourages independence and personal growth.

Other responsibilities may include: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and managing laundry.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with PEG feeding, medication administration, and manual handling using hoists.
Maintain accurate records of support provided, including progress notes and incident reports.
