Director Workforce Systems We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic team member to join our People and Culture team to provide project management and implementation, stakeholder engagement and specialist analysis and advice on system and user improvement opportunities. Part-time (3 days per week with ability to flex up to meet project needs when required) Competitive salary and benefits Flexible work arrangements available   About the Role Reporting to the Executive Director People and Culture you will be responsible to work with internal and external stakeholders to improve our existing workforce systems, outputs and useability. The role is entering at an exciting time with the pending implementation of a HR information System which ERH will be partnering with the Loddon Mallee Shared Services team to deliver.   To ensure sustainable and effective outcomes the role will be required to: •           Consult with stakeholders to understand workforce system issues and provide expert advice and assistance to support implementation of solutions. •           Partner with stakeholders to develop a collaborative culture of working together on opportunities for improvements to workforce systems; the aim to enhance end user experience. •           Provide advice on optimal functions of workforce systems and applications, which includes governance, development, troubleshooting, configuration, enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades. •           Provide guidance on permissions, access, personalisation, and similar system operations and settings for system users where applicable. •           Develop, upskill and enhance the capability of stakeholders to make full use of systems and reporting for improved outcomes. •           Research opportunities in workforce systems innovations and performance to identify and communicate opportunities.
