Job Description What will a day in this role look like: Partner with key clients to delivery major energy projects across Australia and New Zealand Lead, deliver and support Engineers across large multidisciplinary Energy projects, with a focus on Primary Systems Substation design and design review. Drive delivery and technical excellence and ensuring our project teams are delivering on the AECOM client promise Identify and lead innovation by seeking and implementing new approaches that continuously enhance our ability to meet the needs of our clients. Qualifications What are we looking for from you? Ideally 10 years' experience and proven understanding of consulting in substations projects, with experience in primary substation systems (up to 500kV). Familiarity with complex Energy projects and substation design standards, including HV substation design, protection schemes and primary plant technologies Proven background in partnering closely with clients to deliver remarkable projects Approachable leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills Local market knowledge of NEM and strong understanding of the Energy market across Australia and/or New Zealand.
