About the role
The Director of Regulatory Services leads the statewide compliance programs and specialist functions supporting frontline regulatory operations. Reporting to the Executive Director Operations, this role oversees technical services, emergency coordination, and compliance projects aligned with EPA's strategic priorities. It provides authoritative advice on complex governance, audit, and risk management issues, and builds the capability of environment protection teams across Victoria, ensuring a high-performing workforce that reduces environmental harm.

You have deep knowledge of environmental regulation related to pollution and waste and excel in delivering statewide initiatives.
