About the role
An executive role, the Director, Regional Victoria leads EPA's 'on-ground' regulatory response across regional Victoria. This strategic role focuses on building and leading teams through change, fostering partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and community. It is a critical role, driving positive organisational culture and achieving high performance standards as EPA enhances environmental protection in Victoria.

You are a proven leader in regulatory operations. You inspire teams to develop innovative solutions and have a deep understanding of environmental regulation, ideally around pollution and waste. You leverage strategic relationships to influence at all levels and are committed to EPA's vision. Your exceptional leadership skills build high-performing, customer-focused teams and your consistently use sound judgment and ethics. With a history of navigating complex governance and compliance challenges, you foster continuous improvement and operational excellence for positive results for Victorian communities and environment.
