As a registered not-for-profit hospital, the hospital is seeking a capable Philanthropy and Fundraising professional to steward community and philanthropy engagement to further strengthen our vital service offering.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive philanthropic strategy aligned with our hospital's mission. Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners. Lead fundraising initiatives, including campaigns, events, and major gift solicitations. Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify funding needs and priorities. Oversee grant writing and reporting processes. Engage and inspire staff, volunteers, and community members to support the hospital's mission. Qualifications: Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, and philanthropy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Passion for healthcare and community service.
