JOB DESCRIPTION SummaryThe Director People & Culture will lead the people functions across the HelloFresh Group ANZ including YouFoodz and BeCool.
This position provides operational and strategic leadership across both the corporate and operational functions and is responsible for the delivery of the P&C strategy and global harmonisation initiatives.
You will be the architect of the people strategy and role is to optimise the human capital of the group, through the development, implementation and management of programs, projects and initiatives across the business.
What you will doOperate with a high level of autonomy to deliver people initiatives, projects and global harmonisation projectsLead, grow, develop and mentor the P&C teams including supporting global team members with local reporting responsibilities Implement the People & Culture strategy, ensuring alignment to organisational objectivesPartner with leaders across the business to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycleAssist with organizational design, culture programs to assist with enabling organizational outcomes being achievedResponsible for the delivery of end to end employee life cycle stages and administrative activitiesDelivery of all employee engagement initiatives including conducting data analysis, and implementing cultural initiativesDelivery of people development and coaching programs from an employee growth and capability perspectiveResponsible for the delivery of the EX and onsite employee campus experiences and eventsLead on the execution of all brands payroll activities, reporting and complianceFoster a workplace culture of accountability and performance leading with integrity and empathyChampion diversity, equity and inclusion across all elements of the employment lifecycleSupport and coach members leaders across the business and be a point of escalation on people topicsProvide support and advice to people leaders on employee relations, performance management, development plans, terminations and interpretation of industrial instruments.What you will bring10+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership positions, with a depth of experience in Human Resources, employee comp & benefits, EVP and people systemsExperience handling complex employee relations issues and experience guiding leaders Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and ANZ employment regulationsExperience within FMCG/manufacturing industries highly desirableExperience with visa processes and lawsExcellent interpersonal, communication and influence skillsHave a successful track record in change management from a multi site perspectiveA collaborative leadership style with the ability to partner with business leaders to build high functioning teamsA passion for creating a fun, high-performing work environmentCreative mindset to cultivate a position team cultureHigh levels of resilience, professionalism and work ethicThe ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast moving environment
