Director of Students 7 - 12
Permanent Full Time commencing Term 1, 2025 Role Summary The Director of Students (7-12) is a vital member of the Secondary Leadership Team focussed on students' wellbeing and welfare. The Director will provide leadership and oversight of the pastoral care, wellbeing/welfare and events involving all students in Years 7-12. The Director will contribute to the development of a positive school culture and functional student management processes that enable every student to learn and thrive within the College community.
The Director of Students (7-12) will model and facilitate effective wellbeing strategies and behaviour management practices to cultivate a learning environment in which a genuine sense of belonging, informed care and personal success are fostered for all Years 7-12 students.
