Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff. Manage day-to-day operations and oversee the integration of new resources and facilities. Role Requirements: Hold a Diploma of Children's services or Early Childhood Teaching qualification Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification Current Child Protection Qualification WWVP Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and regulatory requirements.
