The Director Human Resource Services (Director HR Services) supports the Senior Director People and Culture and the Executive Director People, Strategy and Governance in shaping the people and culture strategic direction, exercising a high level of business and industrial acumen through the strategic and operational delivery of organisation-wide HR programs including recruitment and appointment services, HR Service Centre, rostering governance and support services, HR business partnering and other specialty projects and initiatives as required. About the opportunity: As a member of the People and Culture Leadership, the Director HR Services plays a pivotal role in the continuous enhancement of the HR Business Partner model. By driving the advancement of HR Services, they ensure that these services contribute significantly to both current performance and future organisational effectiveness. The role will provide specialist advice to executive and senior management on a wide range of contemporary human resource issues to enable and maximise the workforce for the delivery of health services in a large complex and evolving health care environment.
