As a senior Business Partner, you will balance the need for consistency with the importance of local, responsive, and flexible approaches to HR services, advocating for and on behalf of the client to assist Canberra Health Services in achieving an engaged and high-performing workforce.
The People and Culture Division is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to a diverse range of human resource and industrial relations functions across Canberra Health Services.
