Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving project success through strong governance and operational excellence?

QLeave is looking for a highly skilled Senior Executive to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the establishment and operationalisation of our portfolio and program planning and delivery function. The role will support the planning and delivery of a transformative program of work, involving an uplift of our technology platforms, systems, processes and operating model, to optimise QLeave's operations.
As the Director Enterprise Program and Planning, you will: develop and implement a governance framework for all project management activities (planning and delivery). This includes defining and implementing governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability across projects.establish and lead a portfolio and program planning team and a project delivery team, providing strategic oversight and support for the successful delivery of key projects.ensure the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of efficient portfolio and project management tools and methodologies to drive project excellence.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in project management governance and setting up project management frameworks.Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving organisational transformation and delivery excellence.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Strategic thinking with the ability to navigate complex environments while focusing on continuous improvement.Why Join QLeave?
