We are looking for a collaborative executive to join our senior management team as a Director of Development Services.Reporting to the CEO, you will be a leader of change, working across the whole council in the development and implementation of strategic and corporate projects such as urban planning, placemaking, open space, and housing strategies. You will ensure services are provided within budget and comply with relevant statutory obligations, regulations, codes, guidelines, and Council policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will have a proven background in strategic planning and leadership within development services, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach in a changing environment, showing a willingness to innovate and challenge existing practices and processes.You will lead by example and be committed to delivering quality services, positive customer experience, and community engagement.
