With over 200 years of real estate experience, we are, and always have been, in continual pursuit of brighter ways of working.Our Debt Advisory team provides real estate strategic advisory services to corporate and institutional clients throughout Asia Pacific including providing optimal transaction structuring solutions for clients including Listed Property entities, High Net Worth individuals, Family Offices and developers.What this job involves:Reporting to the Head of Debt Advisory – Asia Pacific, we are looking for a Director to join the team and help grow our Australia Debt Advisory business. Based in Melbourne, you will work closely with our Melbourne Capital Markets team and the wider Australian team. You will focus primarily on the debt and structured finance side of commercial real estate transactions, including originating, structuring, marketing, negotiating and closing deals.A snapshot of the role:Contribute to origination activities and on-boarding of new clients and/or transactions based in VictoriaComplex financial modelling of commercial real estate transactions including but not limited to office, industrial, retail, BTR, hotels, etc.Oversee the preparation of investment financing packages and lead the production of capital raising marketing materialsSound like you?
