As the Director of HR Business Partnering, Central Queensland Region you will:
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to drive effective and consistent delivery of HR services that align with organisational priorities and objectives through the provision of high-quality services and expert advice on a range of operational and strategic HR matters.Implement contemporary people practices that are consistent with HR service delivery across the system as a whole and which advance the department's HR strategy and drive a performance-oriented culture.
