As Director, you'll model the values of Darling Downs Health, ensuring culturally safe, comprehensive healthcare for Indigenous communities. You'll oversee dedicated staff, manage impactful programs, and guide the development of policies and strategies that elevate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services. Your leadership will be key in optimizing care pathways, strengthening partnerships with stakeholders, and supporting the Indigenous health workforce. With a focus on collaborative planning and thoughtful resource management, you'll be the voice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, ensuring excellence and integrity across all initiatives.
