Responsibilities: Shift Leadership: Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 30+ staff, fostering a positive work environment and driving performance. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a high standard of customer service by setting an example and maintaining a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and manage restaurant and bar operations, including food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Staff Training: Assist in training new staff members, developing their skills to uphold the establishment's service standards. Job Type: Full-time
