As a Digital Project Manager, you'll take on new challenges every day, onboarding clients to HubSpot, implementing sales processes and automation, and developing customer journey mapping. Working alongside our talented design and development teams, you'll help build amazing user experiences and websites using HubSpot CMS. With your project management skills and effective communication, you'll keep clients informed and engaged every step of the way. HubSpotOnboard new clients to HubSpot - follow our internal process with education and implementation.Implement sales processes and automation to help the clients' staff with their sales process (you're not selling, they are using your processes)Creation of reporting for Marketing, Sales & ServiceDevelopment of customer journey mapping (using Miro) and implementationTraining and Education on the HubSpot PlatformWebsite DevelopmentWireframing in Miro based on the client's requirementsWorking with our design team to create amazing user experiencesWorking with our development team to help build out the websites (mostly with HubSpot CMS)Sometimes work with our dev team on complex API projectsProject ManagementWork, plan and manage in Click upCommunication via slack, email and video with our clientsInternal and external reporting (We use Databox so it's not labour-intensive)See something above you're not sure about?
