The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Delivery is this newly created role , The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for the ownership and optimization of Digital Tech Stack across platforms, systems, and processes. Responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the ecommerce business, you will work across some of the leading Fashion Australian and International Brands to deliver exceptional experiences, unified across all touch points. The ecommerce Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the online platform and fundamentally be responsible for owning the online eCommerce platform front end features, integrations and adjacent technologies such as ESP, CRM, Loyalty, Web & Native Phone Apps as well as middleware integrations.
Key Responsibilities: Objective Setting: Communicate a compelling vision for the ecommerce platform, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between diverse stakeholders, gathering insights and ensuring eCommerce Initiatives are accurately delivered. Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that outlines the evolution of the ecommerce platform over time, communicating. Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features based on their impact on business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. UX Champion: Collaborate with UX designers to optimize the user experience, enhancing navigation, design, and checkout processes for maximum conversion. Performance Analyst: Monitor key metrics to track the platform's performance and identify opportunities for improvemen and, implementing optimizations. Agile Advocate: Drive agile development practices, managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and facilitating iterative improvements. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, driving innovation and adaptation to maintain competitiveness in the ecommerce landscape. Translate complex eCommerce requirements to non-technical users Ability to scope and solution complex requirements into key deliverables Roadmapping, Dashboarding and Task Management Reporting Skills Required: Shopify Plus experience is highly regarded Agency or Multi Branded experience is highly regarded Understanding of Klaviyo, Emarsys or Other ESP Previous experience in an Ecommerce role (preferably retail) Task Management System management Jira, Clickup, Wrike etc. Proven experience implementing product strategies and managing a comprehensive product roadmap 5 years' + demonstrated experiencing in working in medium to large scale projects The perks we offer you: Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands!
