Our business is focused on four key Digital Marketing services: SEO, SEM, Social Media (Organic and paid), and Website Development. Our office is located in Leederville, and free street parking is available. We offer flexible working arrangements (after probation).
About the role: By bringing your extensive digital marketing skills, you'll play a pivotal role as a member of our dynamic digital team, engaging with diverse clients, businesses, and software tools. Each day presents fresh learning opportunities as you're encouraged by your team to enhance your expertise through independent, outcome-oriented tasks. 
Under the guidance of the Head of Digital, your exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be showcased as you implement strategic digital marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and oversee client communications.
On any given day, you will:
 • Set up, manage and optimise paid social media campaigns, primarily across Meta
 • Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns 
 • Develop & implement strategic SEO planning and website content management
 • Create content for social media platforms, PPC digital ads, and campaign landing pages 
 • Develop digital marketing campaign strategies 
 • Produce account and campaign reporting with critical insights and recommendations 
 • Communicate with clients on campaign performance, service recommendations, project updates and more.
Skills required 
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Sound knowledge of SEO and first-hand on-page/off-page experience 
• Prowess with PPC marketing, primarily Google Ads 
• Strong experience with Meta, including setting up, managing and optimising campaigns 
• Insights with Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console 
• Strong communication, project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills 
• A sound understanding of best practice UX/UI
• Strong presentation skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Agency experience is highly desirable
