Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, driving global engagement, and growing our brand's digital footprint. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and elevates our reputation as the premier luxury travel brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across web, SEO, PPC, social media, and email that aligns with The Tailor's brand vision. Content Creation & Brand Voice: Craft compelling, high-quality content that embodies the elegance and exclusivity of our brand. Social Media Management: Oversee organic social media content, engage with our community, and create a loyal following that resonates with our luxury values. Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital campaigns across various platforms to increase global lead generation and customer engagement. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to ensure all digital marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader business objectives. Dedicated to off-the-beaten-path travel, with a distinctly luxurious edge, The Tailor is a multi-award-winning full-service travel design company catering to high-net-wealth individuals boasting unrivalled connections and relationships. A combined 300 years of in-house experience gives The Tailor the ability to provide unparalleled access to special people, places, and experiences across Australia.
About you Creative & Strategic: You bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and can execute them flawlessly. Detail-Oriented: You believe in getting things right the first time and are dedicated to delivering top-quality work. Your experience in Marketing is a testament to your abilities. Collaborative: You thrive in a supportive team environment, respecting others and ensuring that both team members and clients feel valued. Customer-Centric: You care deeply about creating exceptional client experiences, making every interaction feel exclusive. Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience and ideally you have worked with a luxury brand in a prior role. Travel experience is not necessary, but your ability to leverage your prior learnings will be key. You understand Salesforce and how to use this technology best to achieve our goals. What We Offer:
Working in our team, as we create life changing and enriching experiences for our clients, we also seek to support our people in the same manner. You will have the opportunity to deliver your best, learn from some amazing people and be part of something special.
A role within a prestigious luxury brand at the forefront of the high-end travel industry. Opportunities for professional development and growth. A collaborative and innovative team environment. If you're ready to push boundaries and help shape the future of luxury travel, apply today to join our passionate team!
How to Apply: Submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you'd be a perfect fit for our Digital Marketing Manager role.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this position. The Tailor is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive culture and value the unique backgrounds and experiences of everyone. In recruiting for our team, we welcome the individual contribution that you will bring.
