Digital Marketing Lead

Exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital initiatives of a not for profit organisation and make an impact!
Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
Sydney based role
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation's digital presence and engagement strategies.
You will leverage your expertise in HubSpot to manage the company website, contact management, social media channels, and email campaigns while ensuring they align with the organisational goals and customer needs.
You will be a coach and mentor to the talented team, fostering an environment of growth and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective digital strategies that drive community engagement and support business goals.
Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the organisation's brand.
Content Creation & Management: Lead email campaigns, social media initiatives, and Google My Business (GMB) properties, ensuring digital experiences that resonate with audiences.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills in digital technologies and marketing.
Collaboration with Agencies: Liaise with advertising agencies and digital partners to enhance the organisation's HubSpot support and media strategies, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and showcase the impact of the team's work.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience with HubSpot and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Experience in managing social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Experience coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A strong desire to contribute to the community through your work in a not-for-profit organisation.
Working knowledge and experience of SEM and Paid Social Platforms.
