Coordinate with other departments to align development with business goals.Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to industry standards. Implement automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Hands-on Development: Actively participate in writing, debugging, and optimising code. Contribute to both Python and .NET projects.Collaboration & Communication: Liaison between developers, stakeholders, and management. Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and requirements.Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in automation, self-service technologies, and software development. Promote continuous improvement in processes and technologies.Resource Management: Effectively allocate tasks and resources among the team. Identify skill gaps and recommend training or hiring to address them.Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and roadblocks promptly. Provide solutions to complex problems.Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of code, architecture, and processes.
