This involves designing, building, marketing, and innovative concepts in townhouse development.You will develop and nurture long-term relationships with Development Managers, Sales Agents, and customers, representing TownLiving over a variety of projects.Your responsibilities will include:Being the first point of contact for the developer & sales agents for a portfolio of residential communitiesApplication and preparation of Building Permits and other associated compliancesMaintaining the highest standard of customer service by monitoring progress of customer files and providing updates on the status of their homeRegistering and tracking all documentation and answering any questions & queriesReview Sales paperwork to ensure the customer requirements are clear and have no discrepancies before preparing the building contractFollowing up any outstanding documentation to prepare One Part ContractsProvide Developers and Sales Agents regular updates for projects in pre-construction & under constructionCreating & distributing the HIA Building Contract assisting with all questions & queries pertaining to the HIA ContractRevision & preparation of projects for the production team to work on and resolve any discrepancies before building permit applicationsFacilitating with the developer and construction team settlement day procedure and communication and conduct of settlements with the customerMetricon will offer you:Be supported by a Management Team that has a Culture Where You Matter!Ongoing learning and development opportunities to help build your skills and reach your potential - whether through nationally accredited courses, our highly engaging e-learning portal, or other comprehensive training programsMetricon Homes – Australia's largest Home Builder for the 9th Consecutive YearWe promote mentoring and provide genuine opportunities for role progression, along with a competitive salary, and salary package opportunitiesAttractive housing discounts on our award-winning homesYou Matter!
