We are on the hunt for our next Development Site Manager to join our Central Victorian team in a full-time permanent capacity.
The role of Development Site Manager is an opportunity to take the next step in your commercial construction career, from carpenter to site manager. We expect in 18 months' time, you will be managing your own site of skilled and capable tradespeople with effective leadership techniques that will motivate your team members, align with all industry, and company policies, procedures, and legislation.
We are looking for trade qualified individuals who are career-focused and want to become highly regarded site managers with an award-winning builder.

Detailed training plans. Working in a positive culture. Candidates must display: Construction induction (White Card). Working safely at Heights. A minimum of 3 years as a highly skilled tradesperson. Extensive experience in the commercial construction industry. A commitment to Safety, Quality and Environment. Work proactively as a part of a team. Ability to work autonomously and as a team. Be able to work through challenging landscapes with a diligent solution focus. Be receptive to constructive feedback, advice, support, and guidance. Candidates that display experience in a leading hand or supervisory role will have a distinct advantage.
