As the Development Research and Data Officer at National Museums Scotland you will:
Be the database expert (Tessitura and Raisers Edge) within the Development TeamUpdate and interrogate the donor database to develop profiles, segment data and produce reports and analysisManage the prospect pipeline through the donor databaseBe responsible for the due diligence of existing and prospective supportersManage a portfolio of fundraising research resources and suppliersSkills and ExperienceWe're looking for:
Expert knowledge, initiative and perseverance to proactively find the best processes to ensure the donor database is meeting the needs of the Development Team in the most efficient wayPlanning and organising skills – evaluating and prioritising different strands of work; managing workload to deliver best overall resultsAnalytical and reporting skills - identifying relevant information; assessing and evaluating information from donor database to better understand donors and prospects; presenting clear, succinct and timely data and reportsHiring the right person for the right job is everything to us.
