Job DescriptionYour New Role As a member of the team, you will have the unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, driving significant urban development outcomes. We are currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join the Ballarat West Employment Zone project team.

Reporting to the Development Director, your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and directing development activities and consultants to meet Development Victoria's objectives.Prepare financial feasibility models and monitor financial performance.Manage project costing, cash-flow, and delivery against budgets.Direct internal and external project inputs, including planning, design, marketing, and sales.Oversee project staff, consultants, and contractors through the complete project lifecycle.Administer development agreements and land sales.Resolve divestment strategies and negotiate new development deals.Implement risk management practices and ensure legal compliance.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You We are seeking a confident, big-picture thinker who is commercially savvy and possesses strong stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and self-driven, with the ability to build relationships, show initiative, and maintain resilience in a complex environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
