The Opportunity - About the Role We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join the Master Planned Communities Development team in Brisbane.
This role has become available due to business growth.
We currently have multiple opportunities available across different projects in our portfolio.

This role is based from our Brisbane Head Office with the successful candidate having the flexibility to work between the CBD, project offices, and home.
Key Responsibilities Financial Oversight: Develop and maintain financial models for both current and prospective projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Sustainability Leadership: Implement the Residential Sustainability Policy at the project level, promoting environmental stewardship.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain robust working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous execution of all phases.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and cultivate strategic relationships.
To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes: Collaborative Team Member/ Leader: Demonstrated experience in multi-disciplinary teams with a collaborative and adaptive approach.
Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project planning, cost management, and risk assessment.
Development Management Proficiency: Extensive experience in development management, particularly within residential land or similar sectors.
Stakeholder Management Skills : Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
Commercial Acumen : Strong commercial insight with significant experience in forecasting and financial management.
Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on utilizing data analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes.
Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: Driven by results with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
