With an agile and dynamic approach, they have a strong existing project pipeline and significant growth plans in the SEQ portfolio.The Role:Our client is looking for an experienced Development Manager who can lead and manage residential community developments across QLD. With a strategic mindset, the ideal candidate will understand the critical importance of each stage of the development process, from site acquisition to delivery, and have diverse experience in handling and managing each phase of the project.This role is a hands-on position that provides opportunity to learn new skills whilst bringing your existing development management experience to light, with two large-scale developments that are in phase 1 of the lifecycle, and ready for you to step in and take charge!Responsibilities:Leading and overseeing the end-to-end development processes, from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, timelines, and quality standards.Conducting feasibility studies, market research, and financial analyses to identify risks and opportunities.Managing all internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery on project brief.Liaising with authorities for relevant approvals.Negotiating and administering agreements with contractors.Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Engineering, Design, Construction, or related discipline.5-7 years of residential development experience with a planning, design, and detail focus.Proven experience managing the full life cycle of built-form projects from initial planning and DA through to settlement.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Be a self-starter who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.If you fit the above criteria, please hit Apply NOW.
